Langham Hall Luxembourg is licensed by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) to provide transfer agency and administration services to Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs), Sociétés d’Investissement en Capital à Risque (SICARs), unregulated funds and SPVs. Langham Hall Luxembourg is also authorised to act as depositary to firms investing primarily in closed-ended private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt.

Langham Hall Management is licensed by the CSSF to act as AIFM to Luxembourg and EU funds investing in real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt and other illiquid assets. We can assist with premarketing, AIFMD passporting and regulatory cover for distribution activities.
