Langham Hall is regulated as a full scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) in the UK and in Luxembourg, where we act as AIFM to funds investing in illiquid assets.
What we do
Since the implementation of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive in Europe in 2013, there has been a requirement for Alternative Investment Funds to be managed by a regulated AIFM. As an independent specialist, Langham Hall acts as host AIFM to managers without their own AIFM permissions.
By combining our AIFM platform with our administration and depositary services, we offer a “one-stop shop” solution for managers seeking a single service provider to manage the middle and back-office operations of their funds.
