Fund Accountant (Graduates Welcome)

Training and Qualification support:
- Provide training and support through our Asia – Personal Development Programme. Covers both technical and non-technical skills development.
- Offer exam support including paid exam leave, exam fee support and practical experience mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of IFRS and US GAAP financial statements and quarterly investor reporting with financial performance calculations such as multiples and IRR.
- Liaise with client work team members.
- Maintain full sets of accounts for the fund structure using our private equity implementation financial accounting system.
- Provide ongoing compliance support to clients including AML/KYC, FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
- Assist with the technical calculation of capital call / distribution and preparation of correspondence in accordance with the fund’s legal documents.
- Assist the client with the year-end audit, including the preparation of audit schedules.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in accounting or business-related disciplines.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- 1-2 years accounting experience is preferred but not essential.
- Non-accounting graduates with a view to pursue professional accounting qualification will also be considered.
- Commitment to a career in accounting and a professional accounting qualification.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- A team player with excellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple functions.
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
