Compliance Internship

Support:

•  Internal training on private equity compliance knowledge to develop your skills and prospects

Responsibilities:

• Establish preliminary understanding of AML requirements in several jurisdictions (e.g. Cayman/BVI/HK/SG/AU).
• Gain compliance knowledge to provide basic support to clients
• Update compliance database
• Assist in tax reporting (e.g. FATCA/CRS)
• Conduct legal research
• Support colleagues in daily operations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in any major
• A positive attitude, a sense of satisfaction from doing your best and self-discipline are essential
• Good command of written and spoken in English/Cantonese/Mandarin is required
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required
• Strong motivation to develop your career in private equity compliance industry
• Willing to work independently with time management
