Compliance Graduate (PE Fund Coordinator)

Support:

  • Internal training on private equity compliance knowledge to develop your skills and prospects.
  • 5 days work per week/study and exam leave/performance bonus/stable working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish solid understanding of AML requirements in several jurisdictions(e.g. Cayman/BVI/HK/SG/AU).
  • Gain compliance knowledge to provide all-round support to clients.
  • Manage client expectation and offer sensible business solutions.
  • Update compliance database.
  • Assist in tax reporting (e.g. FATCA/CRS).
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Support colleagues in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any major is required.
  • A positive attitude, a sense of satisfaction from doing your best and self-discipline are all essential.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English/Cantonese/Mandarin is required.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong motivation to develop private equity compliance knowledge.
  • Willing to work independently with time management.
  • Previous compliance knowledge is a plus.
